Children's Mental Health Week in P2&3

The children have had a lovely week developing their mindfulness 'toolkit'. They continue to focus on their emotions and feelings, learning new strategies to support a healthy mind. We enjoyed daily meditation, yoga with Bluey, Butterfly hugs, snack time disco, chats with our friends, beyond brick/ lego play, group activities and their favourite activity of the week - a Hug in a Mug!
