Children’s Mental Health Week in Primary 6

To celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week, Primary 6 participated in a range of fun, relaxing activities.

We practised our breathing exercises along with yoga, completed some mindfulness colouring and watched some relaxing videos whilst doing our work.

Outdoors, we completed the Daily Mile, Hurling with James and Gaelic with Johnny. 

To draw an end to the week, Primary 6 also donated items to a local food bank. We thank all pupils and parents for their generosity!
