During Term 1, Primary 6 enjoyed reading Michael Morpurgo’s novel ‘Kensuke's Kingdom’.
Whilst studying Kensuke’s Kingdom, the children composed some excellent pieces of poetry based on Chapter 4. They also designed ‘The Great Wave of Kanagawa’ to link in with this particular scene in the novel.
Finally, the children made predictions on how they thought the novel would end. Linking in with our maths, we created a bar chart to display the data we collected.
We are now looking forward to watching the movie!
