NSPCC Number Day 2026 in P5
6th Feb 2026
Primary 5 celebrated Number Day today by coming into school dressed with any number. They worked in partners to complete a Math's Trail, which required children to put all their mental math's skills to test both indoors and outdoors. For example, finding objects in the classroom with 4 sides and estimating the number of star jumps they could do in 30 seconds.
We also took part in 'Who Wants to be a Mathionaire'. Children worked in teams to complete a range of mathematical questions, scoring 500 points per correct answer.
It's safe to say Primary 5 had lots of fun celebrating NSPCC Number Day today!
