The children have all settled back into their phonics groups. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings are busy as the children move to their lesson with their phonics tutor between 9:15- 9:45 am. We currently have 11 phonics groups, each with children from various classes. The children are taught phonics at their level and receive weekly spellings from their tutor. Lessons are focused, interactive and fun as the children engage in a variety of activities targeting a different sound or set of sounds weekly.
