World Cup Finals Day

Today our school was FULL of excitement as our World Cup tournament came to a climax.

The semi-finals were really tight affairs with Morocco overcoming a spirited Brazil team, and Belgium defeating a gallant Portugal team.

The FINAL was a seriously good game, with skill and determination in abundance.

After full time the score was 1-1, requiring extra time. A penalty was the deciding factor in extra time, with Morocco claiming a BRILLIANT win!!

Jamie, as team captain, lifted the World Cup for his team to the rapturous applause of our spectators.
