To celebrate World Mental Health Day last week, children from all classes enjoyed exploring some of the Little Books from the EA Little Books series. The Being Well Doing Well team have created and continue to develop a range of 'little books' to support the emotional health & wellbeing of children and young people. Containing information, fun activities, self-care tips and links to further support in relation to the chosen theme.
Not only that many classes participated in mindful activities and discussion to promote positive self talk and self esteem.
