Pancake Tuesday has been great fun in P2&3.
We read and watched the story 'The Runaway Pancake', which we really enjoyed. We then sequenced the story whole class before working with a partner to create Story Maps. Miss McEnhill needed some help making the pancake batter so we all helped, while dancing to Taylor Swift's 'Shake it off'. Next came the best part - the toppings! Everyone created their own pancake by choosing their toppings from a yummy selection before tucking in for snack. We finished the day with a fun 'Pancake Toss Race' with our friends in P1 and watched some crows have pancakes! Thank you Miss McEnhill for our delicious pancakes.
