Our Primary 6/7 class enjoyed a trip to the Ulster Amercian Folk Park today. They participated in the 'Flight from Famine' programme, learning what life was like in Ireland and America during the 1840s, as well as the horrid journey to America on board the dreaded 'coffin' ships.
